Coconut kulfi

I had some leftover whipping cream in my fridge. Just tried to make kulfi with that.. Oh boy !  it came out so good. Enjoyed it after a long time.



Ingredients:
                    Whipping cream           -     1 cup
                    dry milk powder           -     1 cup
                    whole milk                    -    1 cup
                    dry shredded coconut    -    1/2 cup
                    sugar                             -    1/2 cup
                    cardamom powder        -     a pinch


Method:

  •  Heat the pan , pour the whipping cream
  • When it starts to boil add mill, milk powder & sugar
  • Finally add cardamom powder 
  • Stir frequently to achieve required consistency ( like idly batter )
  • Pour it in any rectangle shape cup
  • Cover with foil & insert the ice cream stick
  • Freeze it for min 6 hrs
  • Take out, wait for 10 mints then use butter knife to take it out.
  • Enjoy !
