Ingredients:
Whipping cream - 1 cup
dry milk powder - 1 cup
whole milk - 1 cup
dry shredded coconut - 1/2 cup
sugar - 1/2 cup
cardamom powder - a pinch
Method:
- Heat the pan , pour the whipping cream
- When it starts to boil add mill, milk powder & sugar
- Finally add cardamom powder
- Stir frequently to achieve required consistency ( like idly batter )
- Pour it in any rectangle shape cup
- Cover with foil & insert the ice cream stick
- Freeze it for min 6 hrs
- Take out, wait for 10 mints then use butter knife to take it out.
- Enjoy !
