I loved this epic as a kid, these epics helped me to expand my reading horizon..This story (& characters) still holds a firm grip in my heart.      That's what I am praying to almighty..

Butter Fruit/Avocado Milkshake

This simple & flavoured milkshake will satisfy your palate. It took a while for me to understand that our bangalore's butterfruit is called as 'avacado' here. In India itself I'm a big fan of avocado.. after I came here, it's become must-haves in my weekly grocery list.

                     

Ingredients:
                    Avocado     -  1 medium size fruit
                 Non fat milk   -  3 cup
                 Cardamom     -  a pinch
                 Sugar             -  3 tsp

Method :
                  Grind all the ingredients in the blender till it mix well. Add ice or keep it in the fridge for 2-3 hrs. Serve cold..!
