Friday special.. chicken 65 made by my hubby..!

Grilled shrimp skewers

Ingredients:

                   Pre cooked shrimp  -  1 lb (peeled & deveined)

                         garlic powder    -   2 tsp

                         chilli  powder    -    2 tsp

                      pepper powder   -    1 tsp

                     turmeric powder   -    1/4 tsp

                                 lemon       -    1 tsp

                              salt              -    req amount

                         olive oil            -    3 tsp

Method:

•   Mix all powders, lemon,olive oil in large bowl to make paste
•   Toss shrimp in the paste,  marinate for 30 min
•   Preheat oven for medium high
•   Cook shrimp for 5 min each side
•   Drain & discard excess water in between
•   serve hot as appetizer..!

Crab cake

Crab cake sounds irrelevant to me.. so me naming it as crab cutlet & me avoided mayo but made the Indian version of it.. here comes the recipe...!

Ingredients :

                  crab meat   -  1 pkt
                  onion          -  1 medium size
       ginger garlic paste  -  1 tsp
       garam masala pdr  -   1/4 tsp
               chilli pdr        -   2 tsp
   chopped cilantro       -   handful
                  salt             -   req amount
       bread crumbs        -   4 tsp
                  egg            -    1 (optional)

Method :

• Pour oil in the pan, add chopped onion
• saute till it turns translucent
• add G&G paste & saute again
• add all powders 
• finally add crab & cilantro
• shape medium size doughs & dust with bread crumbs
• place in single layer on pan
• fry each side until golden brown
• serve warm with preferred sauce..!

அள்ளிருள் மறைய

புள்ளினப் பூபாளம்.

உள்ளலுடன் கன்றினம்

துள்ளல் தாயிடம்.

மண்ணுய்யக்  கஞ்சரன் 

மண்டல யாத்திரையேகினான்.

வண்ண ஓவியத்தின்

கண்குளிர் வானம்.

கமலங்கள் முகம் மலர

கலகலத்தோடும் நீராட

காற்று தென்றலாய் தடவ

வேற்று நாளொன்று புலருது.

தடுக்கவியலா ஊர்வலம்.

எடுக்கவியலா ஒளிவலம்.

வடுக்களில்லாக் கொடைவலம்.

விபாகரன் உதயவலம்.
